We are seeking a Trilingual Attorney in Brazil, fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. This is a 100% remote opportunity and the individual must be authorized to work and live in Brazil.

Trilingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese) Corporate Staff Attorney supports LATAM and reports directly to the SVP, Legal and Contracts Administration. You will prepare, review, and approve a wide range of business contracts, evaluate contractual risks, negotiate with internal and external teams, and resolve issues to enter into mutually beneficial agreements. You will ensure that activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects and deadlines.
