Qualificações

  • Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the Gambling industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of CRM tools.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Fluency in English.

Overview

As a VIP Account Manager, based at our premises in Sao Paolo, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Key Account customers.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Provide assistance to high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events.
  • Work closely with internal teams, in order to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer experience.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
Requirements
  • Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the Gambling industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
