This is a hands‑on, creative role where you’ll bring stories to life through playful animation, dynamic motion graphics, and eye‑catching video content that connects with kids and parents. Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging trailers, short‑form marketing videos, and social content for digital platforms.
• Design and animate motion graphics that feel fun, modern, and on‑brand.
• Edit video content with strong pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and brand leads through transformational brand change.
• Work with multiple third‑party creative assets based on external brand guidance.
• Translate creative concepts and briefs into polished, high‑quality video and animation.
• Maintain a consistent visual style while experimenting with fresh, playful ideas.
• Optimize work by exploring AI and modern technology tools.
• Collaborate with the business to achieve KPIs and apply data‑driven design principles.
• Engage with external agencies and freelance personnel while fostering collaboration within cross‑functional global teams.

Experience & Qualifications
