A leading global company in food solutions is seeking a Technical Sales Manager in São Paulo, Brazil. This role involves acting as a technical expert for enzymes, pectins, and vitamins, supporting a range of clients from major food manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Food Engineering or a related field and experience in bakery technology. Strong proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with the ability to travel frequently across Brazil and the Southern Cone to conduct application trials and enhance customer relationships.
This role is a key technical interface for our Bakery and Confectionary business across the Southern Cone, bringing deep expertise in enzymes, pectins and vitamins to unlock new opportunities and support customers hands‑on.
You will work closely with Account Managers and regional teams to drive application trials, expand white spaces and strengthen our presence with major food manufacturers.
