The Role: Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be the first touchpoint for developers worldwide. Your role is to ensure that only the best join our network by blending technical evaluation with human connection. Here’s your week at a glance:

  • Conduct 25-35 interviews (evenings/weekends included).
  • Present Proxify, share opportunities, and explain our business model.
  • Evaluate developers’ skills, values, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate terms and guide candidates through the selection process.

What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience (e.g., Software Engineering, Data & Analytics).
  • Strong people skills, empathy, and advanced English (C1+).
  • Technical background or fluency to assess advanced skills.
  • Someone who’s analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to work autonomously.
Bonus points if you:
  • Bring SaaS/tech industry experience.
  • Thrive in remote, self-managed environments.
  • Are based in Argentina or Brazil.
  • Have an engaging, outgoing personality.
Practical details
  • Freelance role (contractor).
  • Payment per worked hours.
  • Expected availability: 30-40 hours per week.
  • 25–35 interviews weekly (30-mins interview).
  • Additional interview volume is possible based on demand and availability.
  • Focused on hours outside CET business time (ideal for evenings/weekends or alternative time zones).
  • English is used for daily communication.
