What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and organize projects, acting as a scrum master to oversee and guide scrum teams

  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification
  • Proven experience in management, planning, risk assessment, and change control
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing the project life cycle from initial concept through implementation
  • Strong critical thinking and data interpretation skills
