What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and organize projects, acting as a scrum master to oversee and guide scrum teams
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver client-centric projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior management
- Monitor project progress and performance, facilitating improvements as needed
- Train, mentor, and support scrum teams in agile practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Proficient in JIRA Align and JIRA, with the ability to extract reports
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification
- Proven experience in management, planning, risk assessment, and change control
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing the project life cycle from initial concept through implementation
- Strong critical thinking and data interpretation skills
