What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead and organize projects, acting as a scrum master to oversee and guide scrum teams
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver client-centric projects

• Train, mentor, and support scrum teams in agile practices

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Proficient in JIRA Align and JIRA, with the ability to extract reports
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification
• Proven experience in management, planning, risk assessment, and change control
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing the project life cycle from initial concept through implementation
