Responsibilities

• High ownership and understanding of relevant search processes for a specific job
• Responsible for reporting and finishing shortlists to be reviewed by the TA Pod Lead or Technical Matcher
• Hold respective operations team members accountable to their SLAs - High coachability and resilience to adapt to new processes in an ever changing environment

Required Skills

• 3 - 8 years of experience working in recruitment, either as a Headhunter or in Talent Acquisition
• 1+ years of previous experience with IT / technical recruiting
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication
