We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to find, assess, and onboard world-class creative and production talent.

You'll help build the global network that powers SoCreative — sourcing videographers, photographers, designers, editors, motion specialists, creative leads, project managers, and other key roles across time zones. This role is perfect for someone who's organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys connecting great people with great opportunities.

What you’ll do
  • Source and attract top creative, production, and operations talent across global markets
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding
  • Build strong talent pools for high-demand roles (design, video, motion, PM, creative leads)
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine talent profiles
  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit
  • Maintain organised, up-to-date applicant pipelines and recruitment dashboards
  • Implement scalable sourcing strategies using , job boards, communities, referrals, and outreach tools
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
  • Help improve hiring processes, documentation, and workflows as we grow
What you’ll bring
  • 2+ years experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing (creative, agency, or tech experience preferred)
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools (Recruiter, ATS platforms, AI sourcing tools, etc.)
  • Ability to assess creative and operational talent across multiple specialties
  • Clear and confident communication in English, able to manage candidate expectations and present opportunities effectively
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple roles at once
  • A positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
