Job Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for store management positions
  • Partner with Field Leadership and HR Business Partners to develop effective recruitment strategies

  • Maintain requisitions and provide insightful reporting to hiring managers
  • Plan and/or support in-market hiring events and travel for recruitment purposes
Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in the retail industry
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners and candidates
  • Proficiency with job boards, social media, Microsoft Suite, and Taleo
  • Willingness to adopt and champion the organization's vision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in talent acquisition tools and technologies
  • A background in retail management or HR-related roles
  • Comfort with change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
