A leading tutoring service based in Brazil is seeking a customer support professional. Responsibilities include managing customer KPIs, providing Help Desk support, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in Help Desk support, exemplary communication skills, and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications. A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. This position offers a monthly salary of USD $1,400.
Job Description Pay : USD $1,400 / month
Hours : Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST
