What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Define strategy and roadmap for platform software components, communicating to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Serve as the business owner for multiple agile teams, ensuring cohesive execution aligned to strategic imperatives
• Collect stakeholder feedback to understand unmet needs to support business scalability and objectives
• Collaborate with engineering and technical project management to deliver high‑quality features and platform architecture
• Analyze and communicate analytics data and KPIs to monitor product performance and outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 7+ years of product management and/or engineering experience for digital software applications
• Prior experience in software engineering or technical roles, with exposure to data modeling and backend systems
• Demonstrated expertise in data architecture, governance, modeling, and backend data flow strategy
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• BA/BS in a science or technical field; advanced degree or MBA desired

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with requirements management applications and design control applications
• Demonstrated experience in data modeling, ETL/data pipeline design, and data flow optimization
• Familiarity with the Atlassian toolset, road mapping tools, and data analytics tools
