YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Sourcing. Lead all sourcing activities with external suppliers, communicate supply constraints, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Category Leads.
• Supplier Management. Manage supplier relationships, create robust supply agreements, and leverage market intelligence to mitigate risks and drive competitive advantage.
• Stakeholder Engagement. Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, set joint targets, and provide procurement expertise.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

Must have:

• Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business management.
• Experience. Relevant experience in procurement operations or supply chain management with focus on strategic sourcing.
• Technical Skills. Ideally experience in procurement systems (e.g. Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Languages. Excellent proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Live in São Paulo, SP and have availability to go to the office 3 times per week.

Nice to Have:

• Spanish is desirable.
