A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Solution Architect / Technical Architect to work remotely in Brazil. The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of IT experience with a minimum of 10 years in public cloud, particularly Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, driving cloud solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders. Suitable candidates will possess strong design and troubleshooting skills in Azure and Windows environments, plus experience in complex cloud migrations. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a competitive rate.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years using public cloud offerings such as Microsoft Azure.
• Expertise in designing Azure Landing Zones and creating architecture diagrams.
• Industry domain experience in banking, healthcare, and insurance.

Job Overview

Position: Solution Architect / Technical Architect

Location: Brazil - Remote

Duration: 12+ months

Rate: DOE

15+ years of IT experience and minimum of 10+ years using public cloud offerings such as Microsoft Azure, Azure Migrate, Azure SQL IaaS / PaaS, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure IAM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AS‑IS assessments of applications, design target state architecture, and obtain approvals from the client architecture review board.
• Perform On‑prem / Public cloud infrastructure assessments using Azure Migrate.
• Drive cloud solutioning with Azure activities for large, complex migrations.
• Ensure the proposed solution covers Azure strategy, stakeholder management, business, application, and infrastructure aspects, focusing on value for money rather than commercial costing.
• Understand customer infrastructure landscape and design/build Azure Landing Zone activities.
• Provide Azure target architecture and BoM pricing and licensing details.
• Create Azure target solutions architecture diagrams (all Azure services) including HLD & LLD.
• Troubleshoot Azure and Windows environments (processor, networking, clusters, IO, memory, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and project managers to understand migration requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
