Your mission is to turbocharge the marketing efforts for our sales team, harnessing a deep understanding of the distinctive needs of our customers and shoppers.
You'll accelerate activation strategies that not only fuel robust customer relationships but also deliver impressive results.
This role is all about synergy, working hand-in-hand with sales, e-commerce, cross‑functional marketing teams, revenue growth management, and the shopper insights department, ensuring that every campaign resonates with the thrilling energy of our brand.
As Shopper Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with bottlers and key accounts to drive dynamic partnerships, lead marketing initiatives that align with retailer and brand strategies, and support product launches, exclusive items, re‑launches, sampling programs, seasonal programs, price promotions, and consumer promotions.
You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent programming across accounts and regions and translate national brand strategies into actionable customer marketing plans and sales strategies while maintaining proper budget control.
Own commercial and bottler communication as the marketing expert.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency across programming, accounts, and regions.
Apply retailer and brand strategies to new product launches, exclusives, sampling, seasonal programs, promotions, and custom consumer initiatives. Assist in developing annual business plans using category, shopper, and retailer data.
Identify opportunities, provide market insights and performance metrics, translate national brand strategies into actionable customer marketing plans and sales strategies for each sales channel with budget control. Ensure branding and logo use complies with standards at POS materials and in‑store activations.
Coordinate with graphics teams and agencies to develop visuals, oversee printing and shipping with internal POS procurement prior to launches where applicable. Lead consumer promotions, managing planning, agency coordination, terms and conditions, prizes, fulfillment, creative process, printing, and post‑promotional analysis to optimize future programs against KPIs and ROI. Participate in regular shopper marketing and sales team meetings, applying shopper behavior insights to decision making and adding value to customer and process. Drive successful eCommerce joint business planning and national programs with retailers in collaboration with digital, sales, and bottlers to grow across digitally enabled purchasing platforms (loyalty, digital offers, shopper media, etc.).
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Traditional and omni Shopper Marketing, Key Account Sales, Wholesalers, Distributors, Field Marketing and Brand Management in the beverage, packaged goods industry. 3-5 years of experience in Beverage market distribution systems developing eCommerce plans. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
