A leading automotive company in São Caetano do Sul is seeking a Recruiter to enhance their recruiting strategies and processes. The role demands a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field, advanced English proficiency, and solid experience in the recruiting process. You will work closely with various teams to train leaders and implement hiring initiatives. This position is hybrid, requiring attendance on-site three times a week.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines.
  • Advanced English required, Spanish is a plus.
  • Solid experience in recruiting process (end to end).
  • Experience in recruiting within the industrial sector is a plus.
  • Driver's license is a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of interpersonal savvy.

Responsabilidades

  • Attend HR and business function staff meetings for recruiting updates.
  • Continuous improvement of recruiting plans and processes.
  • Support hiring plans and initiatives for those with disabilities.
  • Train hiring leaders in interviewing and onboarding.

Hybrid : for this position is required to be on site (São Caetano do Sul / SP) 3x / week

What you will do (responsibilities)
  • Attend appropriate HR and business function staff meetings and provide recruiting updates.
  • Employ continuous improvement through consistent re-assessment of recruiting plans, methods, tools, and processes.
  • Partner with the team to support hiring plans comprehending corporate hiring initiatives for those with disabilities.
  • Train hiring leaders in the interviewing and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with Talent Insights and Recruitment Marketing to meet performance metrics.

Location : São Caetano do Sul / SP

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, relevant disciplines or equivalent experience
  • Advanced English is required / Spanish language will be a plus.
  • Solid Experience in Recruiting process (end to end)
  • Experience in recruiting within the industrial sector or for industrial companies will be considered a plus.
  • A driver's license will be considered a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of interpersonal savvy and the ability to build rapport with high level executives, professionals and students.
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience
  • Availability to work in São Caetano do Sul / SP
