We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Brazil, based in Santos, SP, supporting our commercial activities in the Southeast region and supporting the growth of our business. This role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, with a strong focus on results and professional development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
Manage, maintain, and expand the client portfolio, focused on long‑term relationships.
Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting and field visits.
Lead commercial negotiations, including proposal preparation and sales strategy definition.
Develop the refrigerated cargo (reefer) client portfolio in line with the Commercial Manager's strategic direction.
Actively participate in industry fairs and events, representing the company and expanding professional networks.
Update and monitor weekly and monthly sales reports, ensuring control of key commercial KPIs.
Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability for client and external visits.
Proven experience in field sales and / or commercial support, preferably within freight forwarders or NVOCCs.
Strong understanding of the perishable cargo market, especially fruits and proteins.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Consultative, strategic, and results‑driven profile.
Advanced English proficiency to work in an international environment.
Previous commercial experience with Freight Forwarders or NVOCCs in the refrigerated (reefer) cargo segment.
An established client portfolio.
Passion for logistics solutions focused on refrigerated cargo transportation.
Knowledge of dry cargo is an advantage. This role also offers opportunities to develop sales and volumes in this segment.
