The Role
As a Senior Media Buyer at Growth Collective, you will fully own a portfolio of accounts, managing roughly $1M / month in spend across Meta and TikTok. You'll be responsible for execution, optimization, and performance outcomes — while collaborating closely with our Creative Strategists, who own creative direction and concept development.
You’ll be client-facing, strategy-driven, and deeply accountable for results.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Optimization (50%)
- Own paid media accounts end-to-end across Meta and TikTok
- Launch, structure, and optimize campaigns using best-in-class frameworks (ASC, Broad, scaling structures)
- Manage budgets confidently at scale, reallocating spend based on performance signals and efficiency
- Run structured experiments using Meta Experiments and platform-native testing tools
- Maintain and improve scaling efficiency while hitting CPA and MER targets
Ad Trafficking & Execution (30%)
- Traffic ads accurately and efficiently across platforms
- Ensure campaigns are cleanly structured, properly named, and aligned with internal systems
- Coordinate closely with Creative Strategists to deploy creative assets effectively
- Maintain high creative velocity without sacrificing execution quality
Reporting & Analysis (20%)
- Analyze performance using Triple Whale, GA4, and platform data
- Identify performance trends, scaling opportunities, and efficiency risks
- Translate data into clear insights and action plans for internal teams and clients
- Monitor KPIs including Scaling Efficiency, CPA, and MER across accounts
Client Management & Strategy
- Lead client calls and represent Growth Collective with confidence and clarity
- Act as a strategic advisor, not just an executor
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strong performance
- Align execution with broader business goals and paid media plans
Qualifications
- Fluent in conversational english and writing
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social accounts at scale
- Proven experience managing high six-figure to seven-figure monthly ad spend
- Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok ads
- Strong understanding of : Advantage+ Shopping; Broad vs ASC scaling strategies; Creative-led testing frameworks; Budget reallocation at scale
- Experience with : Triple Whale; GA4; Meta Experiments; Foreplay; Notion
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to move fast and test aggressively
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
