In this role you will :

Administer and optimize Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs.

Automate processes and recommend engineering improvements.

Monitor alerts, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.

Work with PowerShell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams.

Test new features and implement changes securely.

What we're looking for :

Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations.

Proficiency in PowerShell / MS Graph.

Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation.

Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement.

Fluent in English
