About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will make an impact by developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL. You will be a valued member of the technology team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovation and excellence.

In this Role, You Will:

• Develop and maintain robust applications using AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure scalability and performance of applications through efficient coding and optimization practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Document software designs, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and tools.
• Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Support the deployment and integration of applications in the hybrid work model.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered

• Strong expertise in AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience in R&D, Preclinical, and Clinical domains is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English.
