What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform in-depth financial analysis and engage with internal and external parties to ensure contractual compliance
• Support customer audits, claims reviews, and issue investigations related to contract compliance
• Initiate process improvements to enhance financial analytics and customer service
• Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Program Management, and Technology, to achieve excellent service
• Communicate financial data insights clearly to senior leadership, translating complex numbers into actionable recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, finance, or FP&A
• Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems
• Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, and/or Power BI
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables

• MBA, MAcc, or MS Finance degree
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA
• Experience working in a medium to large-sized company
• Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
