Senior Engineer (Backend)
São Paulo Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer who is aligned with the technological stack that we use. If you don't have a perfect match, don't worry, we value diverse knowledge, and you will certainly learn a lot from our team.

What You'll Do:
  • Build and maintain microservices using Golang - think planning architecture, estimating tasks, and coordinating development with other devs;
  • Take a hands-on role in designing and evolving solid backend systems: plan architectures, estimate tasks, and sync up with other developers;
  • Write automated tests in Python;
  • Be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on product;
  • Work with agile methodologies, with TDD and BDD practices;
  • Design scalable microservices architectures;
  • Work with a cloud-based CI/CD pipelines;
  • Automate cloud infrastructure Handle data persistence, ensuring our data stays safe and accessible;
  • Guide junior devs and push for a team culture that’s all about technical excellence;
  • Work with immutable infrastructure, using containers and Kubernetes to keep everything tight.
What You'll Need:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development;
  • Proficiency in Languages: Golang, Java, Node, Rust and Python;
  • Knowledge in languages: Node and Rust;
  • Experience with distributed systems using gRPC, Rest, Messaging, and different protocols;
  • Knowledge and experience with databases such as SQL Server, Firestore, DataStore, DynamoDB, Postgres, and MongoDB;
  • Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform);
  • Previous experience in teams using agile methodology, working in team structures with product (PO, PM, etc.);
  • Knowledge and interest in the financial market;
  • Contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
