A leading dermatology service provider is seeking a Senior Director of Medical Aesthetic Operations in Brazil. This role is responsible for revenue maximization and market development of non-surgical services, requiring strong leadership skills and over 10 years of experience in medical aesthetics or related fields. The position offers a competitive salary between $198,000 and $240,000 annually, plus eligibility for an incentive program.
Under the direction of the Chief Aesthetics Officer, the Senior Director of Medical Aesthetic Operations and Market Development is responsible for the maximization of revenue and profitability of medical-aesthetic services (primarily non-surgical) across all practices. Through the development and implementation of key initiatives relating to Medical Aesthetic operations, including cost control, vendor relations, education & training, development of existing and new services lines, reporting & analysis and events, this role will contribute to platform growth.
The Senior Director of Medical Aesthetic Operations and Market Development will work closely with clinical vendors, Gen-derm operations leaders, and support services department heads to identify system & process needs and effectively project manage to achieve overall company goals. The Senior Director works in partnership with key stakeholders including Physician leaders, Providers and their Medical Aesthetic Staff, Marketing, Operations, and other support services department heads to achieve overall company goals. The Position will have business & financial (non-clinical) oversight for all medical-aesthetics service lines including injectable, laser, plastics, retail, and related spa services. This role will rely heavily on strong communication, innovation, leadership, and the ability to drive results through influence to increase revenue and all profitability metric while increasing provider satisfaction and excellence in patient outcomes. This role will initially not have direct reports, but over time will need to build out a team commensurate with company growth.
Essential Functions
For this position, the base pay range is $198,000 to $240,000 per year. This position is eligible for our annual incentive program. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education ,certifications or training.
