Senior Designer

eStoreLabs, a data-driven eCommerce powerhouse, is looking for a Senior Designer to create visually compelling retail assets that meet client brand identity and business objectives.

Role Description

• Creating visual elements and content tailored to the retail requirements, ensuring they adhere to client's brand identity and business objectives (e.g., product detail page assets, secondary images, video assets).
• Ensuring content is optimized for mobile viewing and scalable across different markets.
• Maintaining adherence to UI/UX best practices.
• Collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams.
• Optimizing packshots and photo manipulation.
• Establishing guidelines for presentation and utilization of visual assets.
• Light video editing of existing assets may be required.
• Presenting design solutions to stakeholders.
• Creating promotional banners.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint.
• 5+ years of experience creating eCommerce assets, ideally in US-based eRetailers.
• Proficiency in English (C1 minimum).
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in print and digital design preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Adaptability, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.

Nice To Have

• Light video editing and motion graphics knowledge (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and basic sound editing.
• Experience with additional Adobe programs (After Effects, XD, etc.).
