A leading procurement firm in Curitiba, Paraná, is seeking an experienced purchasing professional to lead activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a university degree, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English. Responsibilities include managing sourcing, contracts, and logistics while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective supplier negotiation. Automotive experience and multicultural exposure are advantages.

Qualificações

• Must have a university degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Purchasing and/or negotiation is required.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead purchasing activities with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate supplier base performance under respective segments.
• Perform sourcing, contracts, ordering, cost improvements, logistics, and manage financial flows with suppliers.

Requirements

• Strong negotiation skills / Cost management / Financial analytics abilities;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;

• Automotive experience is a plus.

Activites

• Leading the purchasing activities on your scope with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the customers maximum satisfaction.
• You will be negotiating QDCFTSR of the supplier base under your segments.
• Performing purchasing activities related to sourcing, contracts, ordering, cost improvement, logistics and financial flows to the suppliers.
• Making sure the segment strategy is updated / implemented through the selection of the right suppliers, and by continuously challenging supplier QDCFTSR performance by using tools and purchasing / cross functional network during production and after production for Revenue segments.
