What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support the Strategic Partners team by creating impactful reporting and analytics
- Analyze SaaS sales metrics and alliance progress to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop reporting requirements for BI dashboards
- Monitor partner performance and recommend improvement plans
- Contribute to fiscal year planning and ad-hoc analytics
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Partner/Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics within a B2B (ideally SaaS) company or in a strategy consulting environment
- Strong analytics and SQL skills to derive actionable insights from data
- Ability to create compelling presentations and lead data deep-dives for executives
- Proven track record of process improvement and enhancing business processes
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau
- Experience in a fast-changing environment with multiple teams relying on your insights
- A passion for continuous improvement and ownership of projects
