A technology consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP Service Management Consultant to support users in Brazil and Argentina. The role involves hands-on experience in implementing service solutions and contributing to the migration roadmap to S/4HANA from ECC. Suitable candidates must have 5+ years of experience and a strong background in configuring SAP Service Management modules. This is a remote position for 12 months, with potential for extension.

Qualificações

  • Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions.
  • Experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules is essential.
  • Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Support Brazil and Argentina users with Service Center and Service Orders processes.
  • Contribute to the roadmap to S/4HANA from ECC.
  • Collaborate in multiple end-to-end implementation projects.

Job Title: SAP Service Management

Location: LATAM (Remote)

Duration: 12 months + possible extension

English: Advanced

Client is looking for experienced SAP Service Management Consultants to help support their team with strong configuration experience to help with their roadmap to S/4HANA from ECC.

Suitable candidates will have the below:

  • Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users that have questions on Service Center and Service Orders processes.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions.
  • Additional Experience in SAP is a plus.
  • Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus.
  • Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components.
  • Have experience as a key contributor to multiple end‑to‑end implementation projects.
