Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Global Initiatives at the Local Level : Serve as the bridge between HQ directives and local market execution, ensuring seamless alignment and coordination of all sales projects.
  • Monitor and Manage Sales Deal Portfolio : Oversee the sales deal pipeline, ensuring all updates are tracked and relevant insights are shared with key stakeholders for effective decision-making.
  • Drive Market & Cross-Market Expansion Initiatives : Actively support and lead initiatives focused on expanding sales reach in both current and new markets, collaborating with multiple business units to drive results.
  • Sales KPIs Management and Settlement : Track, analyze, and report on key sales performance indicators, providing actionable insights to optimize strategy and performance.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Tracking : Lead the charge in PC revenue forecasting, providing accurate projections and ensuring real‑time tracking to hit financial goals.
  • Industry and Product Expertise : Act as the go‑to expert for the sales team on both the product offerings and the broader industry landscape, providing insights and training as needed to drive performance.
  • Strategize for Business Growth : Partner closely with sales teams to develop personalized strategies for targeting and closing deals with larger business groups, driving significant growth.
  • Collaborate with Local Leadership : Work hand‑in‑hand with Local Vice Presidents to ensure strategic alignment and deliver exceptional results on local sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience : 4-6 years of experience in sales support, enablement, operations, or analytics, ideally within the online advertising industry.
  • Industry Knowledge : Expert understanding of the online advertising industry, including programmatic solutions and emerging trends.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proactiveness : A self‑starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Planning : Proven experience in strategic planning and the ability to drive projects that align with business goals.
Languages
