What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own and continuously improve the Account Manager (AM) onboarding and ramp programs
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new and tenured AMs
  • Partner with Customer Success Leadership to define success metrics and performance expectations for AMs
  • Develop role-specific content and learning paths tailored to different AM segments
  • Track onboarding performance and ramp KPIs, iterating on program design as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding cohorts
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adapt training programs accordingly
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals to build confidence and skills
