What we're looking for :

We're on the hunt for a crafty, analytical, and captivating Ghostwriter who specializes in weaving words for social media and marketing.

A wordsmith.

You're not just a writer; you're a brand storyteller.

You're the voice behind the brand.

Responsibilities
  • Write compelling YouTube scripts monthly for clients
  • Turn videos into blogs
  • And possibly write social captions or ads
  • Echo client's voice and brand
Requirements

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling content that aligns with the client's goals and brand identity.

Research clients' past content and industry trends to understand their voice, tone, and target audience.

Tailor content to reflect the client's voice, tone, preferences, and feedback, ensuring consistent brand representation across all marketing materials.

Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and real estate industry trends, incorporating best practices and innovative ideas into content strategies.

Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Results
  • We will build (and maintain) a 2-3 week buffer on client scripts
  • Write video scripts that maintain a %+ viewer retention
  • Ensure a newsletter retention rate that never dips below %.
  • Write unique, fact + plagiarism checked, grammar & spelling checked, with simple & understandable language, and matching each client's voice.
  • Deliver content that has a high client satisfaction score
Salary & growth opportunities
  • Ghostwriting begins around $ USD per hour and can grow
  • You'll work under a full client success manager as you learn the trade
  • You'll be assigned clients slowly as we begin to build your confidence
  • You'll be graded on your client performance results
  • Once you are managing a full slate (we have a dashboard to determine a full slate based on the bandwidth taken up by the types of clients on your plate) you can be promoted full time Ghostwriter
