Responsibilities

• Collaborate with premier clients to contribute to digital solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations.
• Collaborate with leadership, DevOps, research teams, and customer support.
• Work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Proactive communicator, responsive on Slack during working hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Airflow (MWAA experience is a plus)
• Experience working with Snowflake
• Solid knowledge of SQL
• Ability to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations
• Comfortable collaborating with leadership, DevOps, research teams, and customer support
• Previous experience working in small companies or startups
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and troubleshoot effectively
• Conversational English – able to collaborate and communicate with an international team
• Willingness to overlap occasionally with Pacific and Hong Kong time zones for QA and debugging
