A technology solution provider is looking for a Systems Engineer to design and support complex IT systems for enterprise clients. This remote position requires 3–4 years of experience in Systems Engineering, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Intune. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, managing support tickets, and collaborating with teams to optimize IT environments. The role pays up to USD20 per hour on a B2B contract basis.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of Systems Engineering in enterprise or managed service environments.
• Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
• Proficient with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
• Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
• Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
• Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
• Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.

Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
• Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
• Proficiency with MFA and / or Single Sign-On solutions.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
• Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.

This is a fully remote position, on a B2B contract basis, paying up to USD20 per hour
