Program Manager

Regional Engagement

As a Program Manager, Regional Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, sales, and training delivery, to drive customer engagement initiatives and ensure a positive customer experience throughout their journey.

Your role will involve analyzing customer data, identifying key insights, and implementing programs to increase customer engagement and drive business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implement customer engagement strategies and programs to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align customer engagement initiatives with marketing, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Conduct research and analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors that impact customer engagement.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of customer engagement programs and track progress.
  • Develop and manage customer engagement budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on customer engagement program performance and outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and insights for program refinement.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • A master's degree is a plus.
  • Must live in the Sao Paulo area
  • Proven experience in customer engagement, customer success, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and / or Spanish
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
  • Previous experience in program management or leadership roles is a plus.
