Research Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior researchers to understand project requirements, timelines, analysis plans, and business goals.
• Assist project team members with logistical operations, including maintaining research timelines, project schedules, question banks, data repositories, and other research-related artifacts.
• Apply analytical skills related to survey methodology, UX research, and questionnaire design to execute sound research projects and deliver high-quality research insights.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure collected data matches study requirements.
• Analyze responses from participant videos, transcripts, surveys, and other study data to develop key research findings and recommendations.
• Under the guidance of senior researchers, create deliverables for clients, including scorecards, toplines, reports, and slide decks.
• Develop high-quality data visualizations to effectively communicate data and findings.
