Visão geral :

StoneX Digital Payments is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team in Brazil.

You will be an early member of a team that is responsible for developing product strategy and guiding the development of our platform to deliver optimal value for our clients.

You will be responsible for go-to-market strategy, roadmap prioritization, full product lifecycle development, local partnerships, and ultimately the continuing success for multiple product groups.

In this role, you will be working closely with country heads and commercial teams to build relationships in local markets and address the specific needs of each target market.

Our approach is both customer‑focused and data‑informed, so you will need to dig in deeply to understand our customers and their needs, define and analyze experiments, and guide the team to move fast and ship solutions.

You're a highly driven, analytical team player with a positive attitude and the experience to lead product development teams through all stages of the product lifecycle.

You'll receive high‑level objectives from the leadership team, and you must figure out with your team how to accomplish those objectives using knowledge, data and experience.

You are innately passionate about customers and how a product can help solve their biggest problems.

It is important to be flexible and can effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, and make decisions without always having the total picture.

Responsabilidades :
  • Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering and design to development and launch; iteratively collaborate with cross‑functional agile teams
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to understand user needs and develop solutions using customer analytics and market research
  • Plan and execute the product roadmap based on a prioritized backlog of new features and enhancements
  • Write product specifications, user stories, epics and acceptance criteria for owned products
  • Work with Engineering to groom user stories to meet the team's definition of "ready";
  • Report on key milestones and initiatives to leadership and other stakeholders
  • Partner with Operations and Client Support to design and enhance workflows, and solve user pain points
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to align products with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the go‑to‑market team to launch new products and features as well as drive adoption and profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners to improve our payments and product capabilities
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management and build consensus by understanding stakeholder requirements and constraints
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape and industry trends
