Job description

Main responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and models for beef cuts and value-added meat products in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market dynamics, demand forecasts, competitor pricing, and cost fluctuations related to livestock, processing, and logistics.
  • Conduct margin analysis and propose adjustments to maintain profitability while ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Partner with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to define pricing policies for different channels — wholesale, retail, and food service.
  • Evaluate export pricing structures considering currency variations, tariffs, and logistics costs.
  • Support negotiations with key accounts and distributors by providing pricing insights and data-based recommendations.
  • Establish dashboards and KPI tracking to measure pricing effectiveness and financial performance.
  • Lead the implementation of digital tools and pricing automation systems to enhance agility and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and market regulations regarding pricing transparency and documentation.
Requirements and skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Agribusiness, or related fields. Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Experience: in pricing, finance, or commercial strategy within the meat, agribusiness, or food industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of beef market dynamics, carcass yield, and product segmentation.
  • Proficiency in pricing analytics tools, Excel, and BI platforms (Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Skills:
