We’re hiring a People Experience (PX) Manager based in Brazil to help scale and evolve our culture globally — with a focus on delivering impactful, localized employee experiences in a remote‑first environment. This is a strategic and hands‑on role, best suited for someone who can operate remotely with excellence while also bringing in‑person energy when needed.
While this role is remote‑first, frequent travel will be required to support in‑person team events, offsites, and employee experiences across entity countries. For that reason, we prefer candidates located in or near São Paulo, with strong connectivity and easy access to major travel hubs.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, lead internal events (both remote and in‑person), and manage programs that reinforce a high‑performance, values‑driven culture. You’ll also oversee one direct report and several vendors.
