Title : UAT Order Management Lead (LATAM)
Location : Position is 100% remote, candidates needs to be physically sit in the LATAM region
Duration : 08 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support UAT activities for Order Management processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Collaborate with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with Client’s operational requirements.
- Execute test scripts and validate system functionality against business processes.
- Provide clear documentation of test results and escalation issues for resolution.
- If required, backfill operational tasks in Order Management to maintain business continuity during project phases.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, translating technical requirements into business context.
- Ensure compliance with Client’s testing standards and governance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Order Management process expertise (Order-to-Cash lifecycle).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Order Management modules.
- Familiarity with UAT methodologies and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly Desirable
- Operational experience in consumer goods or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Client’s regional business practices and compliance requirements.
- Local language skills and cultural awareness for effective collaboration.
- Ability to adapt between testing and operational roles as needed.
