We are looking for ORACLE Cloud, Hybrid in Sao Paulo who wants to learn and transform his career.

Responsibilities

• Understand how integration from outside application works into Oracle Cloud.
• Perform month‑end close process.
• Willing to come to office 2 days a week if needed.
• Work with Oracle on Service Request.
• Collaborate with Global Support team located in India for smooth issue resolution.
• Engage in period close activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Support (R2A).
• Ability to explain real‑life scenarios or challenges solved during support.
• Experience in Cloud implementations & support (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
• Hands‑to‑keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud.
• Very good understanding of Brazil related localization in Oracle Cloud.
• Advanced English.
• Strong communication and curiosity.
• Can work independently with customer.
• Agile way of working.

Must‑Have

• Broad experience in cloud implementations & support.
• Senior resources with hands‑to‑keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
• Very good understanding of Brazil related localization in Oracle Cloud.

Good‑to‑Have

• Can work independently with customer.
• Agile way of working.
