Qualificações

What You’ll Do

As part of our Publisher Centric Team, MonetizeMore focuses on proactive Publisher Services. As the Onboarding Manager, your role is a critical "first impression" of our organization and our ability to support our publishing partners in reaching their goals. You will spearhead the onboarding process for new publishers, ensuring they are equipped with the right tech, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. You are not just setting up accounts—you are orchestrating a "White Glove" experience that reduces time-to-value and sets the stage for long-term retention. You also pay attention to improving our systems and processes along the way to continuously improve our service to publishers.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Management & Implementation
    • Lead the Lifecycle: Expertly manage the publisher journey from Sales endorsement to "Live" status. You are the project manager for the publisher’s first 30-90 days.
    • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to troubleshoot setup concerns (Header Bidding, GAM, wrappers) and ensure optimal configuration.
    • Feature Activation: Ensure all applicable M2 Tech Features are activated at launch to maximize publisher revenue immediately (KPI: Uptake %).
  2. 2. Client-Centric Communication & Education
    • Kick-off & Strategy: Conduct kick-off calls to understand the publisher\'s specific business goals and align our implementation plan to meet them.
    • Ambassadorship: Act as the primary champion for M2 tools and products. Provide comprehensive walkthroughs to ensure publishers are comfortable and proficient with our platform.
    • Responsive Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all questions during installation, providing guidance that is both technical and empathetic.
  3. 3. Performance Analysis & Handoff
    • Performance Reviews: Conduct thorough 7-day and 30-day post-live performance reviews. Use data to demonstrate value and identify early optimization wins.
    • Seamless Transition: Manage a structured handoff to the Ad Optimizer and Customer Success Manager, ensuring no momentum is lost after the initial 30-day period.
Day-to-day Activities

You are the external face of MonetizeMore for our newest partners. You thrive on variety and high-energy interaction—no two days (or publishers) are exactly alike.

  • External Engagement: You will constantly meet new partners, leading high-impact kickoff calls to align our tech with their specific business goals.
  • Project Command: You project manage the entire implementation lifecycle, coordinating between the publisher and our technical teams to ensure an optimal, revenue-ready setup and accelerated scale.
  • Performance Ownership: You don\'t just "set it and forget it." You conduct data-driven 7-day and 30-day etc. performance reviews to prove value immediately.
  • Seamless Handoff: Once the foundation is solid, you orchestrate a smooth transfer to the account management team ensuring the relationship momentum continues uninterrupted.

  • Bridge Builder: You act as the vital link between Sales promises and long-term Operational success, ensuring that every new client enters our ecosystem with clarity, confidence, and a setup primed for revenue generation.
Who You Are

Must Haves:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in Programmatic sell-side advertising, Customer Onboarding, or Ad Operations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdSense, Header Bidding, and Google Analytics. Experience with WordPress and debugging ad calls is a strong plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data presentation tools. You can spot trends in numbers quickly.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can command a room (virtually) and manage expectations clearly.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously without dropping the ball.

Nice to Have:

  • Has worked with AdSense, Google Analytics, and GAM and has extensive knowledge of Google policies and other platforms
  • Understands coding and has a strong tech background
  • Has worked with WordPress and is knowledgeable when it comes to implementing ads and debugging ad calls
  • Bilingual - Portuguese and Spanish are an extra bonus
