Our team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join us in Brazil.

The primary focus of this role is developing new business opportunities, with responsibility for the full sales cycle and building long-term client relationships. Prospect and generate new business with mid- to large-sized enterprises in Brazil. Establish and leverage professional networks to secure meetings with key decision-makers (C-level, Directors, IT & HR leaders).

Present and position our services effectively, using sales materials and pitch decks. Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with company objectives. Provide regular pipeline progress updates, forecast accuracy, and market insights. Represent the organization as a trusted ambassador in Brazil, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
