Main Responsibilities

• Configure, optimize, and support SAP CO processes with strong emphasis on : CO-PC (Product Costing) : cost estimates, cost component structures, WIP, variances.
• Material Ledger (CO-ML) : actual costing, price determination, valuation.
• CO-PA : profitability and margin analysis.
• CO-CCA and Internal Orders : cost center and internal cost control.
• Ensure proper integration between CO and FI, MM, PP, and SD modules.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to costing, integration, and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, test scenarios, and support ABAP development when needed.
• Support month-end closing cycles, including cost rollups, actual costing, inventory valuation, and financial reconciliation.
• Participate in rollouts, system enhancements, testing cycles, and adoption of global standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to business users and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Americas localization requirements and internal audit standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP CO Consultant with strong expertise in :
• Product Costing (CO-PC)
• Material Ledger (CO-ML)
• CO-PA, CO-CCA, CO-OPA
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and financial flows.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA in global or multi-site environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as LSMW, ABAP (functional specs), SCATT, and Solution Manager.
• Experience with data migration, integration testing, and support of month-end closing cycles.
• Knowledge of Americas localization and compliance processes is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Background in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with Power BI or other analytical / reporting tools.
• SAP FI / CO certifications or equivalent training.
• Experience working in multinational environments or agile teams.
