WEX Inc. is searching for a passionate Media and Ad Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Marketing Team. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling our campaign execution and ensuring every ad hits the mark. We're looking for a media and ad ops pro with a strong technical understanding of paid search, paid social and programmatic channels. This position will work closely with the digital marketing team to facilitate campaign rollout, tracking and attribution, and policy enforcement. A core part of this role is hands‑on ownership of pixeling, tagging, and technical implementation to keep data flowing cleanly and campaigns performing at their peak. Curiosity combined with ad tech knowledge and a meticulous approach are the keys to success.

In this role, you'll:
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing dream team across all campaign channels – paid search, programmatic, display, paid social, and more.
  • Take ownership of media operations, from flawless technical implementation and meticulous QA to optimization and tag mastery.
  • Craft clear documentation to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Partner with media teams to guarantee seamless campaign tagging, tracking, and attribution.
  • Partner with analytics/dev teams to troubleshoot data layer issues and validate technical integrations.
  • Become the internal Ad Operations guru, troubleshooting campaign setup and ensuring adherence to ad policies.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
  • Stellar communication skills to ensure smooth information flow, foster collaboration, and prevent roadblocks.
  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager 360 (or DV360), Google Ads, Meta Ads (or LinkedIn Ads), and Google Suite.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, Communications).
  • Solid experience conquering the world of Ad Tech and Ad Operations.
  • A proven track record of flawless campaign execution and monitoring.
  • The ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to changing needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience managing campaigns for multiple brands.
  • Bonus points for agency‑side experience!
