What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and maintain lighting and technical equipment for live or continuous production environments, ensuring smooth operation, consistency, and high-quality results.
• Monitor and manage equipment during use; promptly troubleshoot and elevate technical issues when necessary.
• Work in close collaboration with other technical and production teams to integrate systems and support seamless workflows.
• Keep accurate logs of equipment usage, maintain attention to detail, and follow all safety and industry best-practice standards.

What were looking for

• Solid previous experience in technical operations ideally in studios, live events, broadcasting, or production environments.
• Ability to read technical plans or instructions, operate control systems, and work under pressure in fast-moving, live contexts.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken), with a collaborative mindset and readiness to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends when required.
• An eye for detail, organizational ability, and a relevant technical background or qualification (e.g. audiovisual, electronics, production technology, or similar).
