Lead React Framework Architect at BairesDev

As our Lead React Framework Architect, you'll shape the future of our web platforms, leveraging your extensive knowledge in React and system design. Your role focuses on crafting scalable architectures, guiding technical strategies, and leading our development teams to build innovative, robust web applications that align with our long-term vision.

What you will do:

- Design and develop the overall architecture of web applications using React, aligning with business requirements and scalability needs.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, making key decisions on code design, tools, and technologies.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices for high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Work closely with project managers, product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in React and related technologies, evaluating new tools and technologies for application development.
- Oversee and optimize the performance of React applications for efficiency, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Mentor and train developers in React best practices, design principles, and advanced technologies.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies, ensuring applications meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders, utilizing advanced English communication skills.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 8+ years of experience with React.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
