The DELIVER organization at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is committed to delivering outstanding customer experience by leading critical functions such as warehouse, distribution, transportation and customer service, across a diverse and expansive network.

The Latin America Warehouse & Transportation Operation Support Leader will be responsible for base business Operation support in Latin America IM Warehouse & Outbound Transportation related to budget, performance, facilities, systems, and strategic initiatives management.

The position creates & enhances the proper capabilities required to drive the regional & global strategy execution, guaranteeing speed and harmonization for standards roll out in all countries for Innovative Medicine Deliver operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the new/rollout operational capabilities/standards projects.
  • Lead and partner with project sponsors, project managers, and cross-functional teams to plan, scope and identify requirements and resources for existing and new initiatives.
  • Lead multi clusters daily activities.
  • Identify short and long-range investment requirements to deploy the operational capabilities across the region.
  • Recognize risks and opportunities in all Warehouse & Transportation environments.
  • Lead governances, communications, and reporting regional operational Leaders and Teams.
  • Identify industry-leading practices and perform external benchmarking as required.
  • Support the intake processes across workstreams for their respective region and/or global process.
  • Drive existing priorities, projects, and status.
  • Orchestrate the Regional budget planning and control standard.
  • Manage multiple priorities and work in a virtual team environment.
  • Adhere to all EHS&S and Compliance procedures.
  • Manage team interdependence to ensure confirm deliverables are best positioned for completion, avoiding duplication of efforts and disconnected processes / steps driving efficient partnership and synergy amongst all key members of the team.
  • Guarantee the right level of relationship with our stakeholders to deliver the best-in-class URS & partnership from operational team.
  • Lead the WH&T team to receive any kind of new capability or project.
Other duties:
  • Proactively surface and resolve key issues with a great sense of urgency, demonstrates continuous improvement including footprint, resource management, leveraged value, technology.
  • Ensure WH&T is integrated into existing E2E business processes including local commercial.
  • Identify and champion a talent development strategy (IMSC People Strategy) for high potential and high performing talent for the segment.
  • Engage both with internal & external sources to drive continuous improvement for the organization and benchmarks.
  • Drive a CREDO based culture across W&T organization.
  • Drive a culture of Safety, Compliance & Financial Acumen.
