Descrição da oferta de emprego

A leading South African online retailer is looking for a highly talented Junior Shift Manager to join our team at Our KZN Warehouse.

We are a young dynamic hyper growth company looking for smart creative hard‑working people with integrity to join us. We offer a market related Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your experience.

Due to the increase of volumes we requested a Junior Shift Manager to assist us to run an additional shift as we have gone into a 3 shift structure. The other reason for this additional role is so that the current two Shift Managers can work a normal 8 hour week and run their own two shifts instead of working the 6 day weeks and additional hours per day they have been running. The Junior Shift Manager will also be responsible to run a full shift on his own. He will have Champions reporting into him who will assist him to ensure we achieve our business targets. This job will assist us in achieving our targets because all three shifts will now have their own shift managers to run the shifts.

  • Commit and achieve targets and project timelines.
  • Willing to work shifts including weekends if necessary in an operational 7/365 environment.
  • Self‑starter with high energy levels – a must.
  • Must be able to work as part of a multi‑cultural team.
Attributes

  • Review internal processes and continuously iterate and innovate to improve the department continuously.
  • Not averse to risk.
  • Business smart.
