About the job

As a Junior Multimedia Designer integrating the Tether marketing design team, you will support the creation of multimedia visual content across UX/UI, video, motion, and print. You will help design engaging digital and print assets that tell stories, showcase products, and bring our brands to life with high‑quality standards.

Working closely with a highly skilled, cross‑functional team, you will learn by doing—contributing to real projects while developing your creative, technical, and conceptual skills. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a high‑performance environment, curious about AI‑driven creative tools, and excited to be part of a team shaping the future of digital experiences and the ongoing digital revolution.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of cross‑platform visual projects under guidance from senior designers
• Show proactivity, ownership, and a willingness to learn, with clear and proactive communication within the team
• Assist in delivering high‑quality creative assets aligned with current design and technology trends
• Help translate creative and strategic direction into clear digital and visual outputs
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders across projects
• Ensure consistency and quality across formats and platforms, following established guidelines
• Explore and experiment with new tools, styles, and AI‑driven workflows to grow creative skills
• Manage assigned tasks and deadlines effectively, with support when needed
• Experiment with formats, styles, and effects to create engaging and memorable content

Qualifications

• Initial experience or a strong portfolio showing creative digital and print visual design for brands, projects or concept
• Interest in and early experience with AI‑driven design tools
• Basic to solid skills in video, motion, and multimedia design for web and social platforms
• Familiarity with web and landing page visual design, with a willingness to learn UX best practices
• Good understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for screen‑based design
• Working knowledge of industry‑standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Curiosity and openness to feedback and iteration
• Strong attention to detail and care for visual quality
