Job Description (English)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical documents based on project definitions or other approved technical data, with support and approval from a mentor.
• Provide technical support to internal customers, acting as an interface between engineering, quality, technical support, and operations areas, using the available reporting and support resources of the organization.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of tools that support the company’s processes.
• Issue Service Orders (SO) based on technical data from the documentation.
• Prepare the maintenance dossier.
• Handle nonconformity note dispositions.
• Support the preparation and review of internal procedures.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement or innovation to management, and participate in technological research activities and the development of technological innovations related to their area of expertise.

Requirements:

• Completed Technical Education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is desirable.
• Mandatory familiarity with machining processes.
• Knowledge of metrology.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of process management and technical documentation.
• Desirable knowledge of aircraft maintenance and/or regulated industrial environments.

Responsabilidades:

• Preparar documentos técnicos com base em definições de projeto ou demais dados técnicos aprovados, com suporte e aprovação de um padrinho.
• Prestar apoio técnico aos clientes internos, atuando como interface entre as áreas de engenharia, qualidade, suporte técnico, operação, utilizando os recursos disponíveis de reporte e atendimento da disposição.
• Atuar na elaboração/ desenvolvimento de ferramentais de apoio aos processos da empresa.
• Lançar Ordem de Serviço (OS), a partir de dados técnicos da documentação
• Elaborar o dossiê de manutenção.
• Atender disposições de notas de não conformidade.
• Apoiar na elaboração e revisão de procedimentos internos.
• Identificar e sinalizar ao seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor, atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação.

Requisitos:

• Ensino Técnico Completo.
• Desejável Ensino Superior em Engenharia.
• Mandatório familiaridade com processos de usinagem.
• Conhecimento em metrologia.
• Leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico.
• Conhecimento básico em gestão de processos e documentação técnica.
• Desejável noções de manutenção aeronáutica e/ou ambientes industriais regulados.
