What you will do :

• Obtain and create vendor quotes, review and create purchase orders, and follow and track orders for delivery to core offices or direct to associates- Provide support and assistance to Red Hat associates through an established IT ticketing system- Troubleshoot issues related to vendor orders through vendor management- Educate internal associates about our IT-supported procurement processes and policies- Work with finance teams to resolve order issues- Serve as a point of contact for regional procurement-related questions

What you will bring :

• Associate's degree or higher, Bachelor degree preferred
• Demonstrated interest in software and IT
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in technology or software industries
• Excellent communication skills demonstrated through your work experience, including the ability to explain process concepts in simple, audience-appropriate terms
• Analytical skills demonstrated through your work experience
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage simultaneous orders under delivery deadline pressure
• Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision while maintaining a firm focus on problem‑solving
• Experience working within ServiceNow is a big plus
• Experience working with Oracle modules is a big plus
