Inside Sales Representative

Location: Remote, Brazil

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: R$4.000 - R$6.000 BRL + Competitive commission paid in USD

Our mission is to empower property managers by integrating smart devices, PMS systems, and advanced automation to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance guest experiences. Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads through outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Execute the full sales cycle, including outreach, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Hit and exceed challenging quotas while delivering measurable results.
  • Process & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated lead and customer data in the CRM system (ClickUp experience is a plus).
  • Process & CRM Management: Help define, refine, and document sales processes to create scalable workflows.
  • Process & CRM Management: Collaborate closely with leadership to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Product & Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of EasyHub’s SaaS platform and IoT ecosystem.
  • Product & Market Expertise: Educate prospects about EasyHub’s value proposition, delivering clear, compelling pitches.
Qualifications
  • Skills & Tools: Proven Sales Experience with a track record of measurable achievements.
  • Skills & Tools: CRM Expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar (ClickUp preferred).
  • Skills & Tools: Tech Savvy - comfortable using Google Workspace and digital tools.
  • Skills & Tools: Strong Communication - exceptional verbal and written skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Skills & Tools: Startup Mindset - adaptable, resourceful, and excited about building from the ground up.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal) – you will engage with global teams and clients.
